Sik Gfx Returns Policy

At Sik Gfx, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Faulty/Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- We will check the photos provided and investigate if this was a fault at our end, or with the postal service.
- If approved, your item will be sent out again or a refund will be processed.

Returns Eligibility
- Items are only eligible for return if they are damaged or incorrect (i.e., not as described or the wrong item was sent).
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. This includes stickers/decals.

Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect items sent.

How to Return an Item
1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Include your original invoice or a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
3. Return Address: The return address will be located on the original postage label, or contact us via email at [email protected].
   
Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Your Return
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If you opted for an exchange or store credit, this will be processed and issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.

Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

International Returns
- For international orders, the process is the same as outlined above. However, please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You may be responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes on your return.
